Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • High demand periods

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 3–5 days for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This may happen if products are sourced from different warehouses.


Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country.
